What We Do

We follow the basic principles of interior design; however, there is nothing written in stone when it comes to what you will receive. Each project is tailored on an individual basis. As we all know, some like it hot, and others like it cold. The truth is when choosing your designer in simple terms, make sure your designer gets you and you get them. We have had clients that want everything explained to a “T” and why, and then again others who have wanted us to make every selection on their behalf without much input at all. As our client, it’s your choice. We will provide you with our basic letter of agreement, our guidelines, our services and a masterplan, but as time progresses so do we, learning more and more about you and your taste, and this is why we strongly believe to allow each design project to take on a life of it’s own according to the home owner.

We assist you in selecting all your builder’s selections and builder’s upgrades based on the Master Design. Bennett Interiors act as a liaison between you and your builder to oversee quality control and that all items are installed accordingly and in a timely manner.

Remodeling

It’s all about taking your space(s) of concern and making it better. Change is good, and made to suit your personal needs whether it is to update your current design for practical purposes, a growing family, or to upgrade your home to market prices. We work with reputable and contractors and subcontractors.

We have quality resources for product selection that fit every budget. Bennett Interiors will procure items approved by client.

Decorina

Decorina Services is an integral part of design, from selecting accessories, artwork, mirrors and finding a home for that special personal treasure. Accessories are the little blue bits in a puzzle that will never go unnoticed! It’s all about composition, flow and the know how in a balancing act. Leilani has a gifted eye when it comes to the finial touches of your design.

In our first design meeting we conduct an in-depth interview. We identify your goals, dreams and lifestyle. We also educate you on various products and construction methods to help you better understand the design process.

Design

Next we develop several schematic designs. When conducive to the outcome we prepare and include floorplans, elevations, cabinetry schedules, electrical plans and job instructions-describing the proper work methods and products to be used in the plan.

Procurement

The material selection process can be daunting; we are there through every step to help purchase quality products that coordinate together beautifully with the planned vision. Ensuring the renovated space is not only functional, but beautiful as well.

Purchasing Fee: There is no fee charged for purchasing services. We specify individual products that have been customized and selected exclusively for your home and provide estimating, procurement and installation services for furnishings, fixtures and decorative

Interior Furnishings and Decor Specifications

Create and submit Purchasing Estimates to client for approval

Obtain deposits for approved estimates

Produce and submit purchase orders

Receive and review all Order Acknowledgements to assure accuracy

Track furnishings procured from Bennett Interiors LLC until received by our warehouse
